As a small and growing business building an incredible community of likeminded individuals and organizations, we're always shifting and growing. As we learn new things about ourselves and the ways we can show up to make this world a better place, we want to make sure our invest in headies company values reflect what we know and how we show up.
In early 2024, we started working on updating our values, previously developed in 2022, to ensure we were showing up everyday in ways that reflected this value set.
After a long process to determine what values we're truly living and believing in, we've come up with our new set of values!
Our values are “GIF” - that fun end-cap to a convo or start of a GIF war that brings joy and also a touch of (delightful) chaos! We’re a crazy team, but we love what we do. We want to spread the joys of friendship and dabbing within the dabbing community. And we show up with our values everyday.
Now, our values are:- Growth: Improve everyday, in small and big ways. This can be small personal advancements that build each individual as well as bigger company initiatives (like improving our efforts to decrease our impact on the climate!)
- Inclusivity: Respect others, and engage honestly to build trust and friendships with our community and each other. Invite people to “join the fam” through your actions, words, and consistency. Together, we can create a vibrant, fun, and inclusive dabbing community.
- Flexibility: Recognize that everyone is doing their best - but adulting is f***king hard! Flexibility, with ourselves and others, is imperative. Remaining agile can help us be better friends and a better business. We remain flexible by offering payment plan options, trade opportunities, and frequent deals / sales / and gifts with sales to show up for our fam. We also offer employees flexibility, a core tenant of IIH and TSV.
Going forward, we'll be posting on our Instagram to share more about our values, what they mean to us, and how we're living and improving within our values everyday. We hope our shares will show you how committed we are to daily improvement and helping our community and world.
