The Control Tower MAX 2, a collaboration between Highly Educated & Black Market Glass, features an internal surface modification. The rifling of the inner diameter changes the experience in the following ways: 

• Allows liquid within the barrel to more efficiently wet the surface.
  
• Helps fight “wall pooling” and forces a more even distribution. 
  
• Creates a friction which allows the pillar to more easily climb; this gives the user more precise control over the pillar's location. 
  
• Produces vapor at lower temperatures than on models without it.

This updated version features a fifth vapor stripe, a tighter line twist, and new exterior artwork created specifically for the Max 2 release. The result is a familiar function with a little more identity, a little more history, and a little more collectability built in.

The C.T. Max 2 is limited to 710 total pieces, individually numbered in order, and released through small batch drops over time.

Each C.T. Max 2 includes a 6mm x 30mm pillar for ready-to-use function right out of the box.
